Breaking the Record
Week 10 of the NFL season was a special day, a record breaking day. The Bear's DB Nathan
Vasher returned a missed field goal for a touchdown, he brought it back 108 yards, the longest play in NFL history, breaking
the previous record of 107 yards by Chris McAlister on September 30, 2002.The Bears went on to beat the 49ers 17-9. The Vikings
became the only team in history to score on an interception, kick return and punt return.They beat the Giants 24-21.Running
back Shaun Alexander of the Seahawks became the first player to score 15 or more touchdowns in 5 consecutive seasons
by scoring three touchdowns againts the Rams.
